The following is a list of 5 foods to only use sparingly:
   1.  alcohol-2 glasses of wine per week max
   2.  full fat cow cheese and dairy products-not including greek yogurt
   3.  oils-olive oil and coconut oil are the healthiest
   4.  table salt
   5.  tuna
