We are going Bananas!!!

Womens diets are low in potassium.  This is a mineral that keeps blood pressure in check and maintains water balance and keeps nerves and muscles working properly.  We need 4700 milligrams a day.  A banana is about 10% of a bodys needs.  Try these other veggies, fruits and legumes:  baked potato, cannellini beans, small box of raisins and an orange.
