7 steps to successful motivation

1.  Become your own coach-recite what your goals are every morning to keep yourself on point.
2.  Do what you enjoy-that way you will actually do it.
3.  Decide what you need to be successful and do it.
4.  Map out your schedule weekly and stick to it.
5.  Set reasonable frequent goals.
6.  Have a back up plan for late nites at work or bad weather.
7.  Ditch the excuses!!!
