ROSEY?
Red cheeks are part of your internal cooling system. When your temperature rises your body cools you off by sweating but when you are warming up faster than you are cooling down all the blood rushes to your skin. This causes the face redness. Hit the showers or go to a cooler environment.

Fat Fighting Tricks
Here are a few secrets to help peel of the pounds:
1. Boost your metabolism with interval training. My clients will attest to this. I have them do 2 to 5 min of intense cardio based strength training then bring their heart rates down for approximately 1 min. Then repeat. This forces your body to use fat for fuel.
2. Keep a workout log and a food journal. ACCOUNTABILITY! Whether you are answering to me or yourself it keeps you straight.
3. Sleep. Yes I said it sleep. You need to get 6 to 8 hours of rest a night to refuel your body.

Motivational BOOSTERS
Sneaking in a morning workout session is a great way to have a great attitude all day. Called an exercise high. Make sure your playlist sets the pace for the workout. Getting outside as much as possible is a great booster as well.
