Accountability

Accountability, it is something that we all need.  Someone or something to answer to.  Something that keeps us in check.  Something that makes us responsible for our actions.  I always push my clients to log their food.  The reason for this is that weight loss is 50% what we eat and 50% how much activity we do.  Unfortunately, the fuel we put in our body can make or break our successes most of the time.  So right it down.  Keep yourself in check.
