The Work "out" Girl
Working 40 hours a week may be great for your career but it is not good for your health if you are sitting at a desk for more than 6 hours a day. Ride your bike to work. Stand up to do some of your work, this burns more calories. Try and sneak mini workouts into your day.

Getting over the Hump
People overestimate inclines by 19 degrees. Before tackling the challenge, visualize yourself conquering any hill. The hill wont seem as steep once you are actually running it. Most importantly take it one step at a time.
