Jumping away the Jiggle
As of late, I have been incorporating a lot of plyometrics in my workouts. Think jumping squats and other high impact moves. They are performed in succession over a period of time and increase speed and endurance. The best thing is it burns a ton of calories!!

My own worst enemy
So today lets think about the things that are really keeping us from attaining our goals. No matter what some of us find that there is always an excuse or a reason completely unrelated to us that is keeping us from getting exactly what we want. Well to be perfectly honest, that is bullshit. You can have everything you want you just have to want to work hard enough for it. That is no lie. You really need to sit and think about what is happening that is keeping you from getting there and be bigger than the issue or deal with the issue head on. I mean it. You can have and do anything you want.

BOOT CAMP
OK LADIES AND GENTLEMEN I AM WANTING TO PUT A BOOT CAMP TOGETHER FOR JULY. PLEASE IF YOU HAVE ANY INTEREST LET ME KNOW. I WILL BE CONSIDERING A GROUP OF 3 TO 5 PEOPLE. THE PRICE IS DETERMINED BY THE SIZE OF THE GROUP. IT WOULD BE HELD TUES AND THURS MORNINGS FROM 6 TO 730. ACTIVITIES WOULD VARY. IT IS A GREAT JUMPSTART OPPORTUNITY FOR ANYONE THAT WANTS TO GET ACTIVE.
Breath of Fresh Air
Most people don't think about their breath, but zoning in on your breathing could drastically improve your stress level. Most people breath about 12 to 20 times in a minute. Slow down and take your time and try and only take 6 breaths a min. This will improve your stress level which will improve your health.
